
If you are lover of granola, this is a great recipe to make at home. You can make a batch on a Sunday evening and have a tasty granola supply for the week. A video guide is also available below.
If you like more nuts or dried fruit, feel free to add more.
Yield: This recipe yields 720g
Ingredients:
350g oats
40g Dried Mango slices roughly chopped
75g coconut flakes
30g sprinkle nuts
10g Pecan nuts roughly chopped
15g cashews roughly chopped
15g almonds roughly chopped
30g pumpkin seeds
10g goji berries
1 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
80ml honey
Method:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 180⁰.
2. Lightly grease your pan with Spray & Cook.
3. In a bowl, mix the oats, honey, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, nuts, and coconut oil.
4. Add the oats mixture to your pan and then to the oven. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes or until the coconut flakes look toasted – golden brown. Rotate the pan in the oven once to bake evenly before taking it out of the oven.
5. Take your pan out of the oven and leave the granola to cool off completely.
6. Add the dried fruits and seeds. Serve or place place in your storage jar.
