Vegetables in Asian Flavours

Ingredients:

1 Red Bell Pepper, cleaned and roughly chopped

1 cup carrots, peeled, washed, and roughly chopped

1 1/2cup green beans with the tips cut off, washed and roughly chopped

4 pieces pok Choi, halved and washed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 table teriyaki sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon vegetable seasoning

Ground black pepper

Method:

1. On medium heat, add the oil to a pan.

2. Add the carrots, green beans, oyster, and teriyaki sauces. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, tossing the vegetables regularly. Cook longer if you want your vegetables softer.

3. Add the red bell pepper, toss, and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Grind fresh black pepper. Remove the vegetables from the pan and return the pan to the stove.

5. Add 1 teaspoon on worcestershire sauce and the vegetable seasoning to the pan.

6. Add the pok Choi and cook just util the leaves/tops have wilted.

7. Serve with your choice of meat or fish.
