Mango and apple smoothie with bran and a sneaked in bit of spinach

1/2 Fresh Mango

1/2 Red Apple

2 Tablespoons Plain Yoghurt

1 Tablespoon of fresh spinach, chopped and vein removed

1 Tablespoon digestive bran

1/4 Cup Water (optional)

1/4 Cup Ice cubes

Blend everything except the ice. Once smooth with a few chunks, add ice and blend until smooth.
