Mini Crustless Tuna Quiche Cups

Ingredients:

170g Shredded Tuna Can in Salt Water

1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Red Onion

1 teaspoon Caramelised Onion

4 flakes sun dried tomatoes

3 Slices of Pre – sliced cheddar cheese, chopped

2 eggs

1/4 Cup Fresh Cream

1/4 Cup Full Cream Milk

Pinch of salt & Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped

Method:

Pre-heat oven time 190° C.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Spray a muffin pan with Spray & Cook.

Put 3 to 4 tablespoons of your tuna mixture in the muffin cups.

Bake for until the centre is set and edges golden brown.

Enjoy.
