Swiss Chard, Green Bean, and Radish Salad

Ingredients:

1/2c (125ml) Avo and Peppadew Dip

1c (250ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette

2c Swiss Chard, washed, vein removed and thinly sliced.

3c Green beans, Blanched

1c Spring onion, thinkly sliced

3c Red Radish, sliced into

1/2c Mixed nuts, roughly chopped (optional)

Method:

1. Pour the avo and Peppadew Dip and balsamic vinaigrette into your mixing bowl.

2. Add the Swiss Chard, Green beans, spring onion and Radish. Mix well.

3. Place the salad into your serving bowl.

4. Garnish with the nuts.

5. Serve with soft boiled eggs, grilled fish, meat, or poultry.
