Home Made Soft Bread with a Cheese Topping

I made bread with a cheese topping for dinner! So soft, airy and just yummy!
I used a mini loaf pan and two empty beans cans.
The young man was wondering where the cylinder shape comes from and couldn’t believe I used a good old “canned food” can.
All that kneading handwork-rising is so worth it! The patience pays off!
I can’t wait for dinner. Two mini loaves have disappeared already.😩
