Broccoli Fish Cakes

This is a protein packed alternative to bread. You can snack on this, have it with soups, stews or salads, and use as buns instead of bread.

Ingredients:

3 cups shredded broccoli

250 Full fat smooth cottage cheese

1 Cup Red and Yellow Bell Peppers

4 Extra Large Eggs

2 Tablespoons Salt and Vinegar seasoning

2 1/2 Tablespoons Fish Seasoning

3 Cups Cooked Shredded, deboned Fish (I used Yellow Tail)

1/2 Cup Rye Flour

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and fry in butter or extra virgin olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
