Cottage Cheese, Pumpkin Seed and Star Fruit Snack

This is a great snack to have in between meals and avoid snacking on junk food.

Ingredients:

250g Smooth Cottage Cheese

125ml Pumpkin Seeds

4 Star Fruits roughly sliced

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Pitted Dates

Diced Cucumber

Extra Cinnamon for garnish

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in your food processor and serve. Garnish with cucumber and cinnamon.
