Coconut Cream & Pineapple Oatmeal with Pumpkin & Flax Seeds

Ingredients:

400ml Coconut Cream

250ml Oats (raw)

250ml Water

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a pot and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid lumps.
  3. Serve with your choice of yoghurt, fresh pineapple, fresh papaya and some pumpkin seeds.
