Sweet Corn Chicken Livers

Ingredients

1kg Chicken Livers

3 Tablespoons Legacy Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Chicken Spice

2 Teaspoons Garam Masala

1/2 Medium Onion finely chopped

1 Cup Tomato Puree or Diced Tomatoes

1 Cup frozen Sweet Corn off the cob

1/2 Cup Water

3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Oil preferred Cooking Oil

Method:

Method:

1. Season the livers with half of the spices. Rub the spices in and fry the livers until golden brown.

2. Remove the livers from the pan and set aside.

3. Add the onion to the pan together with the other half of the spices. Cook until the onion softens.

4. Add the tomato and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.

5. Add the livers and water. Cook for 10 minutes. You are ready to serve.
