Brown Lentil, Red Cabbage and Swiss Chard Salad

Ingredients:

2 1/4cups Uncooked Red Cabbage, finely diced

3cups Swiss Chard Findley chopped, washed and vein removed

1cup Cooked Sweet Corn off the cob

2cups English Cucumber, diced

1 Red Apple, washed and diced

1cup Brown Lentils Cooked and cooled down

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve with your desired dressing.
