Bulgar wheat, baby spinach and sundried tomato salad

Ingredients:

2 cups Iceberg Lettuce, thinly sliced

4 cups baby spinach, thinly sliced

2 cups cooked, cooler bulgar wheat

3 cups diced red Cabbage

1 cups diced, fresh Mango (skin removed)

1 cups pitted, diced olives

1 cup sun dried tomatoes in vinaigrette, diced (tomatoes only)

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix together.

2. Lightly dress with your choice of dressing and chill in the fridge and hour 2 before serving.
