I’m super proud to once again be harvesting and eating from my garden. These greens were harvested an hour before I put them together for tonight’s meatless meal.
The following were picked for today’s dinner:
Lettuce Mix
Kale
Rocket
I put them together with boiled eggs, sweet corn, basil pesto and apple. Added my honey and lemon dressing and olives and that was dinner!
